stolen Schwinn

It's a mid 80's or older Schwinn road frame. The stem and everything on it have been separated. There's a dent in the top tube.Probably bought from Recycled Cycles by original donor 3 or more years ago.Last seen at the bike shack's (www.bikeshack.org) now demolished old shack. It was taken with many tools and the padlocks right before moving day.Reward not in USD, but if legitimately identified, ***we just want our tools back***, so they may have wrenching resources from us and/or the frameset or some parts the shack has.
