stolen 2010 Nicaea

Placed bike outside window of liquor store. Walked inside for approx one minute. Looked outside to see a tall Indian man with long beard look in the window suspiciously, went outside to check on bike and it was gone. Filed police report and actually caught up to this man who said my bike is "in a box." Searched all over Marina with no luck. This bike is very special to me so any help would be appreciated.
