Distinguishing features
The bike comes from Canada and is white. The frame is rusted. It has a black skull and cross-bones sticker on the front that reads "Bike Pirates". The front wheel rim was broken (waiting to be repaired).

Description of incident
Found chain lock links. The actual lock was taken. The links appear to have been cut with an angle grinder. The bike was locked to metal rail around a tree on the side of a canal.
