Distinguishing features
Raleigh Port Townsend frame painted matte black. Lots of rust spots on the frame that at one point I used a felt marker to paint them rose/red. I also painted three ugly white stripes on the top-tube (see pictures). Mismatched shifter/break levers. Brooks leather tape job I did myself and not that well.

Description of incident
I shipped the bike using BikeFlights but the package was lost by UPS. Their investigation was inconclusive. If my bike "fell off" a UPS truck, maybe someone "found" it and will try to sell it.
