stolen Specialized Allez

Bike was left locked up outside stern grove at 20th & Wawona. It was locked up at 10 am July 14th along with a second independently secured bike. When I returned at 4.30 pm the same day the Specialized was gone.White handlebar tape. When it was last seen it had two strings of battery powered xmas lights taped to the frame. One of the strings of lights was missing a battery pack as it had torn off.The wheels and seat are secured with pinhead pins, and I have the key.
