stolen 1980 Mizutani Seraph

My silver Mizutani Seraph was stolen from the side of my father's apartment building some time between 6:30 and 9pm. It was locked with an admittedly insufficient cable lock. I spoke with a man later, around 10pm, who said he'd seen a helmet (presumably mine, which had been locked with the bike) laying on the sidewalk about an hour earlier, so I surmised it happened some time before then. The bike is a single speed with mismatched wheels -- front has a silver rim, rear has a black Alex rim. Aero brakes (ie the cables run under the handlebar tape rather than out the top of the brakes. The bike is silver with red lettering on the down-tube that says MIZUTANI in somewhat garish, almost circus-like red lettering. The headbadge is very distinctive, featuring a dog with his tongue out wagging.
