stolen 2013 Genesis GS-700

Stolen Saturday 8/31/13 between 1PM and 5PM. Was locked to iron basement window grid at 1923 Spruce St. with a combination lock. One month old. White/Blue Front Genesis GS-700 22.5" Men's Bike. No kickstand. Original stickers removed from front and back tires so that the rims are white. Bar under the seat also all white w/o stickers. Biggest flag - the back brakes were defective and make a horrible screeching noise you can hear blocks away. It's a cheap bike from Wal-Mart and has no great value but we would still like it back as he rides it to work.
