stolen 2011 GMC Denali Road 92706

my bicycle, a black and yellow 700c GMC Denali men's 22.5" Road Bike, model number: 92706 and serial number: 1675192706, was stolen while it was locked to a parking meter on 425 grant avenue, San Francisco on Sunday August 18th, 2013 at 6:45 pm. I parked and locked it, it was daylight and a busy street, I came back 40 minutes later and it was gone. It was parked in front of a gift shop called "Sophia's Choice Gift Shop ", I asked the owner if they have security cameras, they replied that they do but it might not cover the full sidewalk, just parts of it, I didn't insist if they can check the footage since they didn't want to be bothered. The bike had a lock on it attaching it to the parking meter, I have pictures of the location of the meter and a picture of the bike. I also have the receipt of the bike including its serial number that proves that it belongs to me in case I need to recover it.
