Distinguishing features
It has a PVC pipe water-bottle cage and a rear bike rack with a milk crate. It folds at several points for travel, has folding pedals, and quick-release tires. Unknown serial numbers, though there are some stamped (ie. records also missing).

Description of incident
Bike last seen by owner at 2:30 am on 6/6/2014. Neighbors report having seen bicycle at 7 am, and 10 am. Noticed missing by owner at 2:15pm. Neighbor did not recall seeing it at 1:00pm. The only evidence of theft at scene was a malicious note with no pertinent information left on 6/4/2014 and thefts of bike lights or accessories in past months (which were also reported to the police). Attempts to make notifications to third parties via electronic device were hampered by device and network companies (E-mail, text, sms, etc). Extreme difficulty and hinderance in reporting incident.
