Distinguishing features
There was one rear-facing red light with three settings just below the seat. There was a Giant brand tire pump mounted to the water bottle mounting area. There was a u-lock mount down near the rear brake and gear set.

Description of incident
Bike was left directly on the corner under a tree at around 4:30 pm and taken from under the tree at around 5:25 pm. A small, white, tired looking compact car turned the corner, when someone got out of the car and took the bike.
