Stolen from inside the parking lot of the Seattle Marina at 2401 N. Northlake Way on September 3 at 4:03 PM. Two witnesses saw a man in his early 20s wearing a black hoodie walk inside the lot, jump on the bike and ride it away. The witnesses yelled at the man and chased him but could not catch him on foot.
