Came out of meeting my partner at her university and found the lock cut and on the ground near where I parked it. Taken from outside Hitchcock hall on UW Seattle campus, right off the Burke Gilman. There was an unlocked, potentially “burner bike” parked next to where my bike was with model and brand scratched off. “Burner bike” was white and blue with black spray paint.
