Distinguishing features
A small hybrid cruiser with added fenders and rear Topeak rack. Mirracycle mirror on left handlebar grip. Was securely locked with Kryptonite cable lock on busy street with outdoor cafe nearby. Stolen between 6.45-7.30 pm on 10/5/23.

Description of incident
Bike was locked on rack in front of my apartment building. I saw it at 6.45 when I went out. When I returned at 7.30 it was gone, including the lock.
