When the owner returns from summer vacation, the lock was cut and left at the scene. The bike was gone, along with the phone holder attached to it. Just inches beside this bike, another bike was also stolen, this bike was old and was not recorded by the bike index, but it was also locked and belongs to the same owner. Both the lock and the old bike was gone.
