The bike was locked up outside the apartment building. Then, tonight February 27th around 8:10pm, found the Kryptonite lock snapped in half. The bike was hooked up with an chain (Kryptonite Fahgettaboudit) and an additional u-lock was locked on the wheel. The battery and seat were not connected when the bike was stolen.
