NARRATIVE Owner parked and locked bike in front of Snooze and AM Eatery in front of Union Station at approximately 06:58 AM on 9/19/2023. Owner took takeout from Snooze and coffee from Capital One Café, and noticed bike still locked and parked in front of Snooze at approx. 07:10 AM. Owner went to the office and returned to retrieve the bike at approx. 09:45 AM. Bike was missing. No details on suspect. Bike lock was cut-through and bike was stolen in broad daylight in front of Snooze/Union Station. Owner is asking police to review camera footage of the area to determine suspect and possibly find the bike.
