I was in the library and someone cut through my locks around 4:15pm. There were many people around this area. I spoke with some of them and they saw it happen. We have had several sightings of 1-2 men riding the bike along the Midtown Greenway, near the Walker Library in Uptown (where it was stolen), and in the Bryant neighborhood.
