Bike stolen on 9/4/2023 in Georgetown neighborhood in Washington DC. Not sure about the bike frame size. Bike saddle had a black metal U-Lock holder attached in the back. Two black metal bottle cages attached to the frame. Holders for front and back lights (lights removed prior to theft). Also had black plastic holder on handle bars for a bag. Black metal ring bell on the right of the handlebar.
