My custom Leader 725 track bike, fixed gear, black rims and tires, silver riser bars with black grips was locked to a tree adjacent to El Chucho restaurant (3313 11th St NW, Washington, DC) between 5:15 PM - 9:00 PM Wednesday July 10th as I celebrated a friend's going-away. Any help would be appreciated.
