stolen Giant

I left my Dad’s bike locked up to the propane cage at 711 and was gone for about 6 hours and when I got back to 711 the bike was gone, I was very upset so I went into 711 and asked the manager if I could look at his surveillance footage and he let me look at it, and of course I seen the guy I know that took it, come up to the door of 711 and looked around inside and seen that it was clear of employees and then left, he has wanted my Dad’s bike before and I told him it was my Dad’s bike
