I went shopping at Vons at Mira Mesa location (8310 Mira Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA 92126) around 8:30 am on 08/11/2023 (Friday) and parked my bicycle at the bike rack just outside Vons. I checked out at 8:41 am and left the store. My bicycle was stolen within around 10 minutes. My lock was cut neatly and left at the rack.
