My bike was locked outside to a very large (immovable) table outside of Pi Kappa Phi (UW). At around 5:30 AM, a man dressed in dark clothing with a backpack sat on the steps near the bike for a few minutes before proceeding to cut the lock using bolt cutters. He left the broken lock at the scene, along with his backpack, pants, bolt-cutters, various power tools, and more of his belongings.
