my brother in law built this IRO cycles jamie roy. it was completed sanded down (hence no serial number) and repainted with purple vehicle paint and a gold top coat that can be seen in the sunlight. pursuit handlebars. it has a front brake. fabric radius bike seat. frame bag. purple chain.
