stolen 2000 Specialized

I had the bicycle on my balcony, and now it's missing. It's hardly within reach of the stairway, the was obviously intentional and not opportunistic. I can't remember the brand, it's a 20+ year old bike. It was dark blue and grey specialized, just had brand new tubes, bearings, chain, and gear selectors installed, 18 speed though it won't go to the third largest sprocket and the selector bottom cap was missing. It was well used, so lots of generalized identifying wear and tear on paint and handles. It must have happened within the past 3 days because it was given to me by my dad on the 30th of June and I remember seeing it the day aer as well still on my balcony.
