This is because the handlebar grips are melting and to protect the seat. The stand is painted black. The cyan/light blue circular mount/puck? (near where the handlebars connect to the frame) is missing.

On Tue, 6/14 at 7:46 pm, I saw a 12-15 year old Black male teenager (around 5’4”, medium-slim build) steal my bike at Duveneck Elementary school. He was wearing a black hoodie with some text on the front, a black ski mask to cover his face, and black pants. I found a group of witnesses who saw a suspect with matching description riding my stolen bike away from the school on Alester Ave onto Dana Ave and laughing (along with 3 other black boys who were the same age on bikes). The witnesses said the suspects are likely from East Palo Alto. A couple minutes later at 8:02 pm, I saw the 4 suspects on bikes (including my bike, but the teenager riding my bike was not the one who stole mine) back on Alester Ave turning left on Hamilton and took a video it but it was from afar. I chased them in my car and again took a video of them but the quality is low and they intentionally blocked their faces.
