Distinguishing features

Large tall bike. I've been told it's from the '70s or '80s. Light blue frame. Quick-release wheels. Stickers on lower frame near front chainring: "Nishiki 4130" and "The Bike Peddler Santa Rosa". Silver basket carrier over back wheel with red reflector (which has black duck tape to keep from vibrating). Friction shifters. Both tires with Presta valves. May also have: flashlight/ holder on drop handlebar; Schwinn headlight on handlebar and rear red light below seat; Planet Tire hand pump; Kryptonite U-Lock and cable with "XSport Fitness"-branded padlock; brown water bottle.
