stolen 2022 NCM eBikes Moscow M3

I met this buyer on Facebook Marketplace. Facebook name was Ajay Sharma. He was fairly tall about 5 ft 9 in, had black hair, wheatish colour. He wore a white T shirt and black jeans. The WhatsApp number that he gave me was +1 (416) 518- 9854. This incident happened at around 7:30 PM. We met at the intersection St. Clair Ave East/ Linden Avenue. After checking the bike, he handed over his bag to me and took it for a test ride. From the intersection where I was standing, I saw him going north via Laurel Avenue. I waited for about 10 mins since he did not come back. I called him via WhatsApp. It was ringing. But he did not answer. I waited for another 5 mins and called him again but the phone was not ringing any more and went to voice mail. I believe he switched off his phone. I also texted him in Facebook as well, but no response. I have his bag with me. The bag had a laptop which was not working and some clothes. He also told me that he lives in Mississauga and travels everyday to go to his college in Scarborough. Told me he takes the GO train. That is all the information I have.
