Description of incident
The bike was locked to the metal rail of the steps to enter the stairs to my apartment. It was there on Monday evening as I crossed the street to get water at the pharmacy. On Tuesday, when I went downstairs to get to a City Council meeting, around 5:30 PM, it wasn't there.
