Distinguishing features
It is missing its right pedal and the left pedal is broken so that it's just a rod that sticks out to the side. Chain appeared to be very rusty. I fitted my own kickstand and water bottle cage onto it so it doesn't look like other Motobecane bikes of this type.

Description of incident
I left my dorm and my bike was stationed outside as usual, and it was gone when I returned. The lock was cut and left on the ground. I'm not sure how they rode it away as my chain was rusted, the right pedal was completely missing and the left was broken, but they somehow managed to do it anyway.
