stolen 2022 Rad Power Bikes Rad Runner Plus

Was inside building for an appointment and when I came out bike was gone, with cut ABUS folding steel lock left on the ground (had been locked by frame to bike rack, and battery/motor was also locked too). Security officer for building said that someone reported a man using a saw to cut the lock at around 9:38am, but no intervention and no security footage recorded. Reported to police but no case number received yet. Bike has/had large black front rack and brown leatherette rear passenger package (seating pad, hold bar, footrests). Silver spoke reflectors on front and back wheels.
