Description of incident
The bike was locked with Pedego folding bike lock and attached to a steal plate that is welded to the floor of a cement garage floor . The steal plate has a metal loop that is welded to it and the person who stole thad to have cut through the metal loop with grinders. They broke into our garage by breaking the side door after attempting to open the car garage door. This occurred sometime between midnight Jan 11/25 and 6am Jan 12/25
