stolen Retrospec beaumont city bike

The bike was in the shed and we had house painting being done. Shed was likely open during the day to access tools, etc. A black male on his 50's was found in the shed and asked to leave. We guess he returned to steal the bike. We believe this happened about 2 weeks ago, but we just realized realized this happened the day before Easter. Also, I have a pic of the bike serial number but the numbers were pretty illegible and that is why I am not writing them down on the form.
