stolen 2012 Cooper Bikes T100 spa

My bike was parked and locked in the barrier cable of my parking spot, with a "maximum-security U lock"(with a numeric password) inside the building of the condo I live. The last time I left it parked and locked was on March 14th at 8.00 pm approx. Since the bike is parked in front of my car, I see it everyday and every time I use my car (whether to leave the building or arrive) On Monday March 20th around 12.00 pm, I got into my car and I saw my bike parked before leaving the parking spot. Once I arrived at 6.30 pm, I parked and I realized immediately that my bike wasn't there. I immediately reported to the front desk, but they told me that I had to wait for the next day, since people of the management office already had clock-out. I wait until next day ( today -march 21st) to ask the management office if by any chance the bike was moved by any condo authority, but they confirmed that they did not, so I proceed to file the theft report.
