Left the bike for 30 seconds when I walked into "Raku it's Japanese" restaurant on 3rd Ave and W. 52nd St. to pick up my food order. I could see the bike from the window less than 15 ft away, turned my back to grab the food bag and within 30 seconds the bike was gone.
