stolen 2020 Trek Fix 3 disc

I woke up at 4:45 AM on March 14 to the sound of banging, and I thought it was on the roof. I emailed our property manager about it. I later discovered my bike had been stolen from my patio/balcony, and based on motion detector from my camera, which caught a human on my patio at that time, it was stolen then. The thief had to break into our building and travel up to the fifth floor with a pair of bolt cutters in order to steal my bike. Our property is under new ownership, by Jack Varma. And as of the weekend, we underwent new management in the building, rather abruptly. I'm convinced this change has something to do with the theft. Either a neighbor in the building taking advantage of a tumultuous time for the building and a likely lack of security, or a member of new cleaning staff that saw an opportunity on their first day.
