Bike was cut from its cable lock from behind an apartment complex at 1:47am. Criminal was a white male in black hoodie and pants with multiple tools including bolt cutters. Spent nearly 5 minutes removing the cable lock and riding the bike away. Seemed to be a premeditated theft. Came from the East on Ethel St. and escaped by going the same direction he came from. The incident was caught on security cameras at the housing complex.
