The bike was parked in the first row of the larger area of bike racks in front of the Whitney Hall Mail room and it was parked near many other bikes. The lock was cut and left at the scene. Since it was parked in front of the mail room, the theft was most likely caught on camera.

- Silver flat rack above the back wheel, I had a neon green reflective arm bank wrapped around the middle of the rack. There is a little red reflector light at the back end of the rack. rear rack (PUBLIC bikes)

- Water Bottle Cage
- Black bottle cage/bottle holder, came with the bike when I bought it, It is in the middle/lower part of the frame right above where it says public on the bike. There is also a black sticker right under the bottle cage that say Green Line Cycles Chico (It is the logo of the shop I bought it from) (PUBLIC bikes)
