stolen 2019 Ancheer Folding 16" 250w commuter ebike

I arrived a WinCo at about 7:20 pm. I had some checkout difficulty, so it took a bit. I locked my bike with a combination lock on the east side bike rack. I took the battery key. A witness Serena (925 375 REDACTED) said she saw a black male running with the bike around the east corner (right if you are facing the entrance) of WinCo with the bike and getting into what she described as a dark green Ford Expedition with shiny rims. There is a security camera above that corner. I am not sure if there is one toward the back-east side, where she said the alleged thief was parked. She was finishing shopping at 9:08 when I spoke with her while waiting for the police, she probably arrived at 8:15-8:30, making that the most likely time of the theft, right before I exited. I saw a similar car right near the bike rack and considered asking the driver if I could look inside, but worried that might escalate into an altercation. The two vehicles might not be the same. The bike is a black 2020 ANCHEER 16 Inch Wheel 250W Folding City Commuter Electric Bike with some customizations like a back cargo rack and folding handlebar. Picture to follow in a moment.
