Distinguishing features

This Cannondale Super V frame was manufactured in 1996 and released in 1997 as the Super V 700 Active 80 model with a 6061 T6 aluminum frame and MC60 suspension forks. The bike is also marked with an additional serial number within the original engraving on the bottom bracket. It is near mint condition and was purchased and picked up by myself from Facebook the market place in Flagler Beach/Palm Coast, FL on 12/29/2022. Distinguishing features: It has MC60 suspension forks which do not have clamps or zip ties around the seal of the shock-boot, and noticeable paint peeling directly underneath the boot. Front suspension needs tune-up/spring kit preload adjustment, as it does not support the average weight of a rider for optimal performance. Left brake needs adjustment/while riding it the brake squeals/makes a rough stop. Both brake cables have slight rust, shift cables are relatively new. Bike has additional engraved serial number in the middle of the original factory SN underneath the bottom bracket I lock it with my Abus Tresor 1385/85 Level 7 chain lock (black) that was purchased at the WellBuilt Bicycle shop in the University Mall (12256 University Mall Ct. Tampa, FL 33612)
