Bike was locked to a tall street sign using built in Abus Shield X deadbolt lock (locking rear wheel) plus a heavy duty bicycle security chain - which attached to the bike in the Abus Shield receptacle for bike locks. I was eating dinner at a restaurant where I could check to make sure the bike was still securely locked every 5 minutes by turning my head. At 7:55PM bike was securely locked to post, at 8PM it was gone. I went outside and found bike security chain had somehow been unlocked from the Abus lock (I had keys in my pocket, so the thief must have picked the lock). One of the people in the restaurant said they saw someone with a skateboard set down some bags by the bike and was fumbling with things before it disappeared. My guess is they road the bike off.
