The bike was locked to a bike rack in a parking garage. The individual was dressed in black boots, black pants, a black jacket, and was wearing a large black backpack. He had a light gray hoodie underneath his jacket, and a dark red baseball hat. At 12:15pm he was seen on camera removing a pair of bolt cutters from his backpack and cutting the two locks that were on the bike and had removed the bike by 12:18pm. He left the garage through the emergency exit stairwell. The property manager saw the theft and tried to follow him but lost him towards Farrell Road.
