Description of incident
The bike was secured to a bike rack on the lower level of the parking garage at my apartment building (which required a fob to enter). I had secured it to the bike rack via cable and lock/key, looping the cable multiple times through the frame and the front wheel and around the rack. The bike, both wheels, and the cable and lock are all gone.
