stolen 2021 Giant Escape 3

Bike was stolen from bike rack in apartment parking garage. Person disassembled bike frame from the front wheel, which was still locked to bike rack. The bike is all-metallic black with a black, velcro pouch that's tied to the bike frame (has a clear screen over it), and on the bike frame underneath the seat, the paint was been scratch away due to my bike lock rubbing up against it. At that spot, it will be silver instead of the black paint. Police report is pending
