Distinguishing features
There is NO BATTERY in the bike when stolen! It's an e-bike with 5 speed electric assist. It has fat tires and a Shimano 7 speed gear shift system. A built in brake light with the brand written on it. It has Hydraulic Brakes.

Description of incident
My e-bike was stolen from underneath the stairwell of my apartment building at the UC Santa Cruz, Porter Apartments. It is a Himiway Zebra e-bike. I had two locks on it. A dial code lock, which was severed and left behind. The other lock was a U-lock with a chain. That lock is probably still on the bike. I had both locks running through the frame of the bike, the front tire, then to the railing pressed up against the building, underneath the stairwell.
