Tandem Sport Mountain Bike stolen on Garnet Ave. between 7pm and 9pm on Tuesday, March 20 2013. Bike was locked on a full bike rack so this must have been a premeditated steal in the fact someone had to come with bolt cutters. Bike has three water bottle holders, one is teal.
