I was at Phillipe’s ordering a sandwich. While waiting for my food to be ready, I went to the bathroom, leaving my bike inside the restaurant with panniers containing my wallet, laptop, and other personal items. When I returned at 9:55pm, my bike and other property was gone. Witnesses mentioned seeing a man wearing a yellow hat take the bike, but no one intervened.
