Distinguishing features

• Bike Color: It is between green and yellow, close to the color of enchilada sauce, which, I guess, is why Ritchey calls the colors Queso y Crema. The lettering and inside fork paint is white or off white, hence the Crema part of the name. • Silver Ritchey seat post. • Black Ritchey stem. • White bar tape with yellow birds (at least in August 2022). • SRAM Force AXS Wide wireless shifting drivetrain. • The Ritchey Outback Breakaway can be easily disassembled to fit into a suitcase for travel.
