Description of incident
Bike stolen from University Commons apartment building bike rack between 9/20 and morning of 9/23/24. Building address is 3817 Dawson St, but the building and rack is located down Dimling Way (alley and stairs between S Bouquet St & Oakland Ave; Dimling runs parallel between Bates St & Dawson St)
