Description of incident
Locked e-bike to rack in front of Art on 6th apartment building using tex-lock on Oct 12. Bike alarm was also armed. The building manager has CCTV footage of the bike being stolen during 1:45-2:30am on Mon, Oct 14, 2024. In addition to the VPD police submission receipt #158013, there is the VPD police incident number 2024-922470 .
