stolen 2020 Cannondale Synapse Tiagra

Bike was loaded in a platform style hitch-mount bike rack. Went missing somewhere along the route of Porter Road to Highland to Sycamore to Broadway---we noticed just before the exit to rt 28. We retraced our steps several times immediately after, but saw nothing. We're hoping it fell and some kind person recovered it to reunite with its owner, but it could just as easily have been stolen off the back of our car---we didn't lock it so someone could have just taken it while we were stopped at a light---we didn't hear anything fall at any point.
